Rabah is an avid film buff, passionate about fashion and multilingual. A sportsman at heart, he brings the same energy and consistency to his work as a community worker, where he supports families with listening, respect and authenticity.

An artist at heart, Gisèle leads activities that foster creativity and boost confidence and self-esteem. With over 25 years at the Carrefour Familial Hochelaga, everyone agrees on her great generosity.

Quentin started at Maison Oxygène Montréal in June 2014 as a counselor. Over the years, he has developed expertise in supporting men, and more specifically fathers, in vulnerable situations.

Amélie has been supporting fathers for 10 years, convinced that you can’t do this job without laughter (and matcha). Passionate about reading and board sports, she juggles novels, surfing, longboarding and snowboarding!

Back in Montreal after a formative experience at Maison Oxygène Jack Monoloy in Sept-Îles, Paul developed an affinity for working with men. He is also a fan of horror movies and board games.

Having arrived in Canada in 2016, Maria has accumulated extensive experience in intervention work, which ultimately led her to work with men and their children. Outside of intervention, Maria is very curious; she speaks three languages, plays music, and loves creating impromptu projects for toddlers and families in shelters.

Annick is a dynamic and proactive facilitator. She co-leads resilience workshops, organizes dinners, game nights, and sports activities. Playful and passionate, she’ll never hesitate to roll around in the dirt to entertain the residents’ children.

Always smiling and helpful, Rafik is curious by nature and interested in a wide variety of subjects.

After several years with the Family House, Camille now dedicates herself to Maison Glaneuses. Curious and committed, she likes to talk about education, feminism, perinatal care, running and current events, ideally with a coffee in hand.
