Putting down roots
Maison Glaneuses offers subsidized housing to 20 families, allowing them to stabilize their living situation and focus on a life project. The families we support benefit from a stay plan, psychosocial support, and complementary services offered by Carrefour Familial Hochelaga.
The apartments
Maison Glaneuses is a new construction that offers families clean and adapted housing, a common courtyard, an elevator, appliances in the units, balconies for each unit, and more. The building includes four 1-bedroom, thirteen 2-bedroom, and three 3-bedroom apartments.
Criteria
- Have 1 to 4 children aged 0 to 17 and/or be more than 20 weeks pregnant
- Meet the admission criteria of the OMHM
- Be ready to commit to a process of residential and personal stabilization
Objectives
- Promote a transition to a stable and safe residential situation
- Support a socio-professional process
- Preserve and develop parent-child bonds
